FAQ
How do I book?
To book any of the sessions, click on the "Book A Session" button at the top, or end of this page. Choose the session, date and time you would like to book. A deposit of 50% of the session price is required upon booking. You will also get the contract and questionnaire as part of the booking steps. You will then get a confirmation email once booking is done. The remaining fee is payable by the day of the photo session.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day I have booked for?
Depending on how bad the weather is, you are able to reschedule your photo session provided the new date and time that you are choosing has not been booked. For more details, please read through our booking policy and contract while booking with us.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
I wouldn't be able to extend the session on the day of the photo session, as I may have another photo session after. However, if you know that you might need extra time, more than what is stated on the package, please reach out to me before you book and we can make it work. A separate quote and booking guidelines will be sent out to you.
How long will it take for me to receive my photos?
Usually between 2-4 weeks after the photo session.
How are the photos delivered?
A full gallery of photos will be available for your viewing through my online gallery which is password protected for the privacy of each client. From there you can choose and download the number of photos stated in the package. Upgrades are available to download more photos if you wish, from the same gallery.
Do you provide prints?
I do not provide prints at this point.
Do you offer pre-session consultations to discuss details and preferences?
A questionnaire tailored for your package will be part of your booking steps with me. This questionnaire should cover most basis of the photo session. However, if you wish to have an extra consultation, we can definitely arrange that.
For Professional Branding photo sessions, the pre-session consultations will be more in depth, and a zoom or telephone meeting will be arranged. Please contact me for all enquiries on Professional Branding sessions.
We’re awkward in front of the camera. Will you guide us?
Absolutely! Most couples tell me they feel awkward at first — and it’s completely normal. I’ll guide you through relaxed prompts and activities that create natural, candid moments, so you’ll soon forget there’s even a camera there.
I would like to buy a session as a gift. How do I do that?
Please contact me if you would like to buy a session as a gift. We can definitely arrange for that with a gift voucher for the recipient to use while they book their session on our website.
