When is the best time to schedule a newborn session?


The ideal time for newborn photos is within the first 2-3 weeks after birth. During this window, babies are sleepier and easier to gently pose. However, beautiful moments can still be captured even beyond the three-week mark.

When should I book my session?


It’s best to book during your second or early third trimester to ensure availability around your due date. Once your baby arrives, we'll finalize a session date that works best for you and your family.

What happens if my baby arrives early or late?


No worries! I understand that babies have their own schedules. I keep my calendar flexible to accommodate early or late arrivals. We'll adjust your session date as needed.

FAQ

How long does a newborn session take?


My newborn session are 3 hours. I allow plenty of time for feeding, changing, and comforting your baby, ensuring a relaxed and unhurried experience.

What should we prepare for the in-home session?


I’ll bring everything we need, including props, wraps, and backgrounds. All you need to provide is baby's outfit(s) and have your home comfortably warm and have a few essentials like extra nappies, wipes, and a pacifier if your baby uses one. The session will be done preferably in a room with big windows for natural lighting, this is usually the living room or bedroom.

Can siblings or parents be included in the session?


Absolutely! I encourage parents and siblings to join in. These family moments are incredibly special. We'll plan time for both newborn-only and family shots.

FAQ

What should we wear for the session?


Neutral, soft tones work beautifully. Think creams, whites, pastels, or light greys. Avoid bold patterns or logos so the focus stays on your family's connection.

How soon will we receive our photos?


You should receive all of your photos in 3-4weeks. From this gallery, you can select 50 photos of your choice to be downloaded at no extra cost. Gallery upgrades are available if you wish to purchase more photos from the gallery.
